1. Tight well the velcro so you feel comfortable with the leather straps.
2. Make sure to use a stand or a partner in order to be able to balance and remain safe.
3. At first, try to balance and concentrate into your inner center of gravity.
4. Try to balance without a stand, and if possible try to walk really slowly. 5. Keep your breath calm and steady. That will help you stabilize your mind and body.
